青岛三益塑料机械有限公司，专业制造PVC（木塑）结皮发泡板生产线、WPC（木塑）地板生产线、SPC（石塑）地板生产线、PVC自由发泡板生产线。自2006年开始，于2007年研发出国内同行业先进的我司第一条PVC结皮发泡板生产线，此线销往杭州科迪装饰材料有限公司。此生产线至今仍在正常生产。自此以后近十几年以来，我司专业专注研发制造PVC结皮发泡板生产线，到目前为止已占有国内外同类设备很大比例的市场份额。现已出口至美国、俄罗斯、捷克、波兰、比利时、罗马尼亚、乌干达、伊朗、科威特、伊拉克、卡塔尔、孟加拉、塔吉克斯坦、印度、巴基斯坦、朝鲜、韩国、泰国、马来西亚、印度尼西亚、越南、缅甸等近三十个国家。于2014年3月推出超薄结皮发泡板材及WPC（木塑）地板基材生产线。于2014年6月份研发出第十三代生产线；于2014年9月研发出500KG/小时左右的 80/173第十四代生产线，于2015年10月隆重推出700KG/小时左右的 92/188第十五代生产线。我们本着生产一代，储备一代，研发一代的经营方略，我们凭借十几年专业研发PVC板材生产线的经验积累，于2016年研发出五辊四层一体SPC(石塑)地板生产线；于2017年三月研发出WPC(木塑发泡)多辊六层共挤一步法生产线，和WPC(木塑发泡)与SPC(石塑实芯)两用一步法生产线。于2017年4 月份推出大型平双135PVC结皮发泡板生产线，该生产线的推出直接将PVC 结皮发泡板设备的产能提高到每小时1200kg以上，于2018年中推出大型110锥双SPC地板生产线，于2019年初又接连推出了114 ,135以及新一代WPC一步法等七种大中小型WPC/SPC地板生产线，使WPC一步法地板生产线产能提高到900kg-2000kg以上，SPC地板生产线产能提高到900kg-4000kg以上。并已在国内外成功申请了多项发明专利。热诚欢迎国内外新老客户朋友来公司参观考察指导。

Qingdao Sanyi Plastic Machinery Co., LTD specializes in manufacturing PVC (wood-plastic) crust foam board production line, WPC (wood-plastic) floor production line, SPC (stone plastic) floor production line, PVC wall panel board production line, PVC free foaming board production line.

Since 2006, we have developed the first PVC foaming board production line which is advanced in the same industry in China in 2007, and this line is sold to Hangzhou Cody Decoration Material Co., LTD.

This production line is still in normal operation.

Since then, SANYI has been specialized in researching, developing and manufacturing PVC sheet and board production line for more than ten years. So far, it has occupied a large proportion of the market share of similar equipment at home and abroad.

SANYI’s machines has been exported to nearly 30 countries, such as THE United States, Russia, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Romania, Uganda, Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, India, Pakistan, North Korea, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, etc.

In March 2014, SANYI launched the production line of ultrathin crust foamed sheet and WPC (wood-plastic) floor substrate.

SANYI developed the new generation and the thirteenth generation production line in June 2014;

In September 2014, SANYI developed the 80/173 14th generation production line of about 500KG/ hour, and grandly launched the 92/188 15th generation production line of about 700KG/ hour in October 2015.

SANYI based on the management strategy of a generation of production, a generation of reserve and a generation of RESEARCH and development, SANYI has developed SPC(stone and plastic) floor production line with five rolls and four layers in 2016 by relying on more than ten years of experience in professional research and development of PVC sheet production line.

In March 2017, SANYI developed WPC(wood-plastic foam) multi-roller and six-layer co-extrusion one-step production line, and WPC(wood-plastic foam) and SPC(stone plastic solid core) one-step production line.

SANYI launched in April in 2017 large Parallel twin-screw 135 PVC crust foamed board production line, the launch of this type PVC crust foamed board production line directly to increase capacity to 1200 kg per hour above, in mid - 2018 launch large 110 conical twin screw SPC floor production line, in early 2019, SANYI launched in 114 - L, 114 - M, 114 - H, 135, and a new generation of WPC one-step method floor line and other seven big small and medium-sized WPC/SPC floor production line, increase the capacity of WPC one-step floor production line to more than 900 kg to 2000 kg,

SPC floor production line capacity increased to 900kg-4000kg above.

And has successfully applied for a number of invention patents at home and abroad.
