常州市联丰镜面辊制造有限公司是国内最大型的一家专业制辊公司，专业制造和修复各类镜面辊、压延辊、流延辊、淋膜辊、铸片辊、激冷辊、预热辊、拉伸辊、涂胶辊、涂装辊、花纹辊、磨砂辊、消光辊、网纹辊、以及各种型号的合金钢辊、托辊、导辊、轧辊等辊类产品，年产各种类型的辊筒达5000余条。生产和修复的辊类产品直径Φ30-Φ3400mm,，长度为12000mm,，镜面辊加工引进国外先进的磨光设备和磨光材料。镜面辊表面粗糙度达Ra 0.01 μm（原标准▽14级），镜面辊表面硬度达HRC55~62°，辊筒表面温差达±0.5℃，花纹辊仿真率达到98%以上。我公司加工的各种辊类产品长期用于塑料机械板、片、膜生产线及造纸、皮革、铝塑板及冶金设备等机械行业。Changzhou Lianfeng Mirror Roller Manufacturing CO.,LTD(Company, Limited) is the largest of a professional system of roll companies, (emormous company majors in producing roller,) professional manufacture and repair all kinds of mirror roll, forming roller, drooling roller,laminating roller,casting roller,quench roller,preheat roller, draw roller,glue spreader(roll coater),paint roller, patters roller, frosted roller,extinction roller,anilox roller,and various models of steel roller,touch roller, guide roller, nip roll and other roll products .An annual output of various types of roller over 5,000 articles.We produce and repair products roll diameter Φ30-Φ3400mm,, length 12000mm, mirror-roll processing of the introduction of foreign advanced polishing equipment and polishing materials.Mirror roller surface roughness up to Ra 0.01 μm (the original standard ▽ 14 level), mirror roll surface hardness of HRC55 ~ 62 °, the roller surface temperature up to ± 0.5 ℃, pattern roller simulation rate of over 98%.Our company processing a variety of roll products for the Plastics Machinery long plates, film, film production line and paper, leather, aluminum composite panel and metallurgical equipment and machinery industry.
