Kampf GmbH is the world's biggest manufacturer of roll slitting and winding machines and winder for films. With subsidiaries in Germany, the US, China and India as well as international sales and service offices KAMPF achieved an export share of >80%. The company was founded by Erwin Kampf in Wiehl/Germany in 1920, employs approx. 700 people worldwide. Since 1988 KAMPF has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Jagenberg AG. Kampf has been the most important technology leader in slitting and winding technology for more than 100 years. Kampf has its own technology center and works continuously on further developing its innovative technologies to meet the different needs of the market and customers for film material processing.

Our product range comprises roll slitters, winders, narrow width slitting machines and special machines for the production of web-shaped materials,  These materials are widely used in fields such as BOPET (biaxially stretched polyester film), BOPP, BOPA, packaging films, capacitor film, composite materials, and materials for battery and electronic product applications. Among them, in the field of BOPET production and manufacturing, the global market share of Kampf slitters remains above 85% year-round, while in the high-end optical film field based on BOPET, the global market share of Kampf slitters is as high as over 90%. Global renowned high-end optical film manufacturers such as Japan's Toray, Toyobo, Mitsubishi, and South Korea's SKC are long-term customers and partners of Kampf. Almost all high-end optical film manufacturers in China, such as Jiangsu EMT, Zhejiang Jiemei, China Lucky, Jiangsu Yuxing, Zhejiang Nanyang, etc., are equipped with Kampf's equipment, and Kampf has maintained long-term cooperation with these companies.
